Sacred Pause offers grief coaching and supportive guidance services designed to help individuals navigate loss, healing, and personal growth.
These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, thoughts of self-harm, or require clinical support, please seek assistance from a licensed professional or emergency services.
2. Client Responsibility
By engaging in services, you acknowledge that:
You are fully responsible for your own emotional, mental, and physical well-being
Coaching is a collaborative process, and results are not guaranteed
You are choosing to participate in sessions of your own free will
Sacred Pause is here to support and guide — not to diagnose, treat, or “fix.”
3. Payment & Booking
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise discussed
All sales are final unless stated otherwise
Pricing is subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session fee
No-shows will not be refunded
This policy exists to honor both your time and mine.
5. Confidentiality
All sessions are held in a confidential and respectful space.
Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where required by law.
6. Emotional Safety
Sacred Pause provides a supportive environment for processing grief and emotions. However:
Deep emotional work may bring up intense feelings
You are encouraged to seek additional professional support if needed
You are always in control of your participation and may pause or stop at any time
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Sacred Pause — including written materials, exercises, meditations, and website content — is the intellectual property of Sacred Pause.
This content may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
